Lectio Divina
Lectio Divina or sacred reading is a simple and ancient contemplative prayer practice. It takes us through four movements drawing us closer to the Divine through prayerful reading of Scripture. It leads us from consideration of how Scripture might connect with our life, to reflection and a personal response in prayer to a gentle resting in the love of God.
